Crock Pot Polish Sausage, Sauerkraut and Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 14-ounce cans sauerkraut, undrained
  • 5 or 6 potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
  • 1 cup water
  • 1-pound Polish sausage, cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp. caraway seeds
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place sauerkraut and potatoes in the crock pot.
  • Add spices and water.
  • Place sausage on top.
  • Cook for 6 hours, on low, or until the potatoes are done.
