Crock Pot Polish Sausage, Sauerkraut and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 14-ounce cans sauerkraut, undrained
- 5 or 6 potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 1 cup water
- 1-pound Polish sausage, cut into chunks
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1 bay leaf
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- Place sauerkraut and potatoes in the crock pot.
- Add spices and water.
- Place sausage on top.
- Cook for 6 hours, on low, or until the potatoes are done.
