Keto Fried Pickles
Ingredients
For the Keto Fried Pickles:
- Non-stick baking spray
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 24 dill pickles
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
For the Low Carb Dipping Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. yellow mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. oregano
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper, or to taste
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
Instructions
To prepare the pickles:
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
- Start by spraying the muffin pans.
- Fill each muffin tin half way with shredded cheese.
- Top the cheese with a dill pickle.
- Sprinkle each pickle with seasoned salt and onion powder.
- Top with additional shredded cheese and press down firmly.
- Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 8 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce.
To prepare the low carb dipping sauce:
- In a small bowl, stir all ingredients together until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.
