Low Sugar Icing for Diabetics
Ingredients
- 8 ounces low fat cream cheese, room temperature
- ⅓ cup Splenda Granulated Sweetener
- 1 cup sugar free Cool Whip
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, using an electric beater, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract; continue beating until thoroughly incorporated.
- Fold in the Cool Whip; stir until thoroughly combined.
- If using a piping bag, chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes prior to using.
