Nuts and Seeds Trail Mix

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup salted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup unblanched almonds
  • 1 cup unsalted sunflower kernels
  • 1 cup walnut halves
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl; toss to combine.
  • Store in an airtight container.

Notes

Use sugar free chocolate chips for diabetics. 
Try using some of these additions:
  • Cashews, peanuts
  • Raisins, cranberries, dried apples, banana chips
  • M&Ms
  • Granola    
  • Pretzels
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Shredded coconut
