Ingredients
1 cup salted pumpkin seeds
1 cup unblanched almonds
1 cup unsalted sunflower kernels
1 cup walnut halves
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large bowl; toss to combine.
Store in an airtight container.
Notes
Use sugar free chocolate chips for diabetics.
Try using some of these additions:
Cashews, peanuts
Raisins, cranberries, dried apples, banana chips
M&Ms
Granola
Pretzels
Sunflower seeds
Shredded coconut
