Heat the oven to 400°F.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, miso and salt until smooth.
In a large bowl, add the brussels sprouts and olive oil; combine completely.
Transfer the brussels sprouts to a rimmed baking sheet.
Spread out in an even layer and scrape every last drop of the honey-miso mixture from the bowl on top.
Place in oven and roast the brussels sprouts for 15 minutes; flip sprouts; continue baking for another 10 minutes or until tender and nicely caramelized; keep in mind baking time may be longer depending on oven.
Remove from oven and toss with honey, miso and salt mixture;
Squeeze the lime juice over top; give the mixture a good toss; transfer to a serving dish.
Sprinkle with the almonds, then serve warm or at room temperature.
