Roasted Curry Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can chickpeas or garbanzo beans
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- ½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 450°F.
- Rinse and drain chickpeas.
- Place on paper towels and pat dry.
- Spread in a greased 15-inch x 10-inch x 1-inch baking pan; drizzle with oil and sprinkle with seasonings; toss to coat.
- Place in pre-heated oven and bake until crispy and golden brown; around 25 to 30 minutes.
