Roasted Curry Chickpeas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15-ounce can chickpeas or garbanzo beans
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 450°F.
  • Rinse and drain chickpeas.
  • Place on paper towels and pat dry.
  • Spread in a greased 15-inch x 10-inch x 1-inch baking pan; drizzle with oil and sprinkle with seasonings; toss to coat.
  • Place in pre-heated oven and bake until crispy and golden brown; around 25 to 30 minutes.
