Rotel Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 1 2.8-ounce bag of bacon bits
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 packages phyllo pastry cups, thawed

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients.
  • Scoop evenly into the cups.
  • Place on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes.

Notes

The bacon bits can be substituted for ½ cup cooked bacon which has been cooled and then crumbled.
