Rotel Cups
Ingredients
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
- 1 2.8-ounce bag of bacon bits
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 packages phyllo pastry cups, thawed
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients.
- Scoop evenly into the cups.
- Place on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes.
Notes
The bacon bits can be substituted for ½ cup cooked bacon which has been cooled and then crumbled.
