Skinny Bang Bang Shrimp

Ingredients
  

  • 1-pound shrimp, shelled or deveined and pre-cooked
  • 10 skewer sticks
  • 3 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. chopped green onions, plus more for garnish
  • 1½ tbsp. sweet chili sauce
  • ½ – ¾ tbsp. sriracha sauce

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • If you would like to make the sauce a bit thicker, use 2 tbsp. yogurt and 1 tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • Place 4 – 5 shrimp on each skewer.
  • Place shrimp skewers on a baking sheet and bake for 5 – 10 minutes.
  • After removing from oven, brush each hot skewer liberally with the sauce, on both sides.
  • Serve immediately.
