Turkey Oklahoma Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup celery, trimmed and chopped
  • 1 cup yellow onion, peeled and chopped
  • Turkey pieces, cooked, cut into small cubes
  • 2 10.75-ounce cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 soup cans milk
  • 1 15-ounce can sweet peas, drained
  • 2 cans Pillsbury biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté celery and onion until tender. 
  • Add turkey, soup and milk; heat on medium-high until heated through. 
  • Add sweet peas to mixture.
  • Pour entire mixture in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish,
  • Cover with biscuit dough and place in oven.
  • Refer to cooking directions, on biscuits package, for approximate baking time; however, leave in the oven until the biscuits are golden brown.

Notes

Great way to use up leftover turkey from Thanksgiving or Christmas.
