Crack two eggs into a large resealable freezer bag; press out as much air as possible; seal the bag shut.
Squeeze or shake the bag in order to beat the eggs.
Re-open the bag; add all the omelette ingredients (i.e. cheese, ham, pepper, tomato, etc.); carefully reseal the bag.
Place the bag in boiling water and allow to cook for 20 minutes or until the mixture is set; use tongs to remove the bag from the pot.
Open the bag and let the omelette roll out onto a plate.
Garnish with whatever you like and serve.
