Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
Grease 1 12-cup muffin pan; set aside.
In a a medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
In a separate large bowl, mix wet ingredients together.
Add the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients; combine until lightly blended.
Spoon into greased muffin tins until each cup is 3/4 full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a cake tester, inserted in the center of a muffin, comes out dry.
Remove from oven, let set 5 minutes, on a wire rack; remove from muffin pan.
