Kings’s Hawaiian Mini-Lobster Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 1-pound cooked lobster


  • 4 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder


  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • Fresh chives, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
  • Lightly coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  • Cut a thin strip out of the middle of the rolls; do not cut all the way through; leave around ¼-inch bread intact.
  • Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of melted butter with 1 teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning.
  • Brush the mixture on top of rolls.
  • Place the rolls in the pre-heated oven and bake for 10 minutes.

  • While rolls are toasting, using a medum bowl, mix cooked lobster with the remaining 2 tbsp. melted butter, garlic powder and lemon juice; mix to combine.

  • Remove rolls from the oven, fill with lobster; top mini-lobster rolls with fresh chives.
