Nuts and Seeds Trail Mix
Ingredients
- 1 cup salted pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup unblanched almonds
- 1 cup unsalted sunflower kernels
- 1 cup walnut halves
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl; toss to combine.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
Use sugar free chocolate chips for diabetics.
