Kings’s Hawaiian Mini-Lobster Rolls
Ingredients
- King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
1-pound cooked lobster
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ lemon, juiced
- Fresh chives, finely chopped
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
- Lightly coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Cut a thin strip out of the middle of the rolls; do not cut all the way through; leave around ¼-inch bread intact.
- Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of melted butter with 1 teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning.
- Brush the mixture on top of rolls.
- Place the rolls in the pre-heated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- While rolls are toasting, using a medum bowl, mix cooked lobster with the remaining 2 tbsp. melted butter, garlic powder and lemon juice; mix to combine.
- Remove rolls from the oven, fill with lobster; top mini-lobster rolls with fresh chives.
