Pork Chops Supreme
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- In a saucepan, heat ¼ cup of oil and brown the pork chops; when done, drain off fat.
- In a medium casserole dish, arrange the potato slices evenly and then add a layer of pork chops.
- In a bowl, mix together the onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and milk.
- Pour over the casserole to cover.
- Bake for 1 hour.
