Skinny Bang Bang Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1-pound shrimp, shelled or deveined and pre-cooked
- 10 skewer sticks
- 3 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp. chopped green onions, plus more for garnish
- 1½ tbsp. sweet chili sauce
- ½ – ¾ tbsp. sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- If you would like to make the sauce a bit thicker, use 2 tbsp. yogurt and 1 tbsp. light mayonnaise
- Place 4 – 5 shrimp on each skewer.
- Place shrimp skewers on a baking sheet and bake for 5 – 10 minutes.
- After removing from oven, brush each hot skewer liberally with the sauce, on both sides.
- Serve immediately.
